I have an easy question I think.

When playing heads up, does the dealer have the big blind or small blind? Then does he act first or second pre-flop. Then does he act first or second post-flop.

Thanks

When its down to two players, the button has the small blind. This gives the big blind positional advantage only preflop in the hand.

So the button bets first pre flop and the BB bets first after the flop. Is that correct.

Sorry for such basic questions. I understand the game pretty well, but I have only played in ring games and never in tournaments or head to head.

Right, the button is first to act preflop (fold,call,raise)...then the BB acts (check/raise if no bet, call/raise/fold if there was a bet).
On the flop the person who was big blind now acts first.
