Hello Everybody,

I thought I would say hi, I am new to this site and gambling in general. I play alot of card games, but I have never played poker, I then started to watch the world championships and that on tv, it looked like fun so I started to learn to play - I am totally hopeless, you would have to fell a forest to pay the matchstick I have lost!

I am sorry if this has been asked before - but is there somewhere good to go where I can learn more?

Lynn

just make sure when you get into an online site that you don't give out your credit info unless you want to play for real money - a lot of sites will offer five bucks free, for example, in order to get you playing for real cash and will strip your credit card bare if you keep losing!

Lol, of course Laughing Cool . And yes, take into consideration of what thumper said, dont give your credit card info unless your playing for money. And even when your playing for money, CONTROL YOURSELF!

That is the hardest part of it... tsk tsk tsk... you might enjoy the game and lose all your credit limits. Sad

Haha yeah, but you know what i think. Why not just only bring a certain amount of money before you play. If you know your just going to get addicted, just bring not a "big amount" of money to play, because thats the "max" you can lose, am i losing any of you?
